For those who don't get it: Video Highway Trailer.
Least, that's what I got from it, replacing the second 3 with a W (though it's used as an E in all other cases).
I've spent too much time playing Skyrim, trying to decode Dwermer. Seeing simple replacement is almost like reading plain English for me now.
