  • Asakusa was the first area i explored in Tokyo and it would have to be my favorite area in Tokyo. I stayed at Hotel Yanagibashi (HIGHLY recommended, seriously. the family that runs it are so awesome) I only got back from Tokyo 3 days ago and want to go back already. I will live there one day! one day...

    I loved going to Asakusa cos' at night there was sooo many food stalls, delicious stuff.

    And the shops before the temple was really interesting with loads of gifts I could give to my friends.

  • Haha, the boob cakes are ALL over Japan. I've seen them from Hiroshima to Tokyo. I got them as おみやgi (I haven't figured out how to use this japanese keyboard yet) Sometimes, you just can't figure what to get people back home. This will do. :P

    random little factoid, at :27 u see the little corner of a building next to the main gate to Senso-ji. There's a miyazaki/studio ghibli souvenir shop there. i know it's weird but my friends and i spent lots of time in it. huge miyazaki nerds! lol

    I watched all of the Tokyo Swan eps in one night.I like them just as much as the J-Horror reviews,though I still wanna see more of those.I think you said the second and third sequel to Suicide club had come out in Japan and not the US,did you find them?

  • Hey I went to Asakusa and bought Christmas presents the weekend before last :) It's so weird to see stuff in your videos that I just saw...like that wall of oni masks, I bought one of those for my friend. Did have some of the sweet hot sake? It's delicious! Also, the boat from Asakusa to Odaiba is pretty cool...

  • It is a yam or potatoe, I cant remember. And its there because they used to cook the beer with one of those two in the vat. If my memory serves me right. Great Video btw.
