  • I have to hand it to Mr. Alex Robinson, and I hope one day to be a proud owner of the XCR. Was Mr. Robinson a Marine or a special operator? I'm just curious. And what did 1HOTTPLAYA said? I couldn't find his comment, and I'm guessing that it was removed, because a lot of people disliked it.

  • Yup, try that AR platform!

  • Lmao ill just join in, shells dumbass

  • sweet houses in the background

  • HOTTPLAYA=total fucking idiot

  • I noticed every time he pulls the gun out of the water, he takes a single semi-auto shot before changing to full auto. Will the XCR be able to do full auto straight out from water or is there still a huge risk of it exploding in your face?

  • @sh7de at 0:42 he demonstrates this.

  • @sh7de single is shot first for safety's sake, since this is a test, not real combat. And full auto from water is indeed more dangerous, as, to put it simply, full auto simply puts more strain on the gun's internals, so firing it full auto after abusing it to a certain degree of exposure to things such as water or sand that will definitely risk a higher chance for a gun to malfunction. Never risk using an early production model or a gun that has not been proven in combat.

  • Why didn't the US wan't to adopt this?

  • @JustAnotherYtuber it was disqualified on a technicality

  • @JustAnotherYtuber Because a soldiers life isn`t worth it :P m4 is cheaper so....

  • @SuomiBroadcast pfft, cmon, m4 has more stoppages and more jams than the XCR, i think the m4 is not worth a soldier's life.

  • @JustAnotherYtuber simply because of the military budget which is constrained by public opinion which generally does not like to spend money and the pentagon's stinginess concerning the spending of revenue on expensive military expenditures, and the XCR simply did not meet the very high expectations the military always has in weapons competitions.

  • @JustAnotherYtuber xcr failed on a technicality, they didn't have blank firing models

  • Then the sharks shoot back TEN FOLD!!! Mini-gun mounted on their back... while others XM307 Advanced Crew Served Weapon (ACSW)..

  • @strikezero01 You're retarded! Sharks have FRIKIN' LAY-ZER beams on their heads! ;-) LOL!

  • Great weapons, awesome testing methods, awesome music... everything I love in one video.

  • Attention airsoft gun owners!!!!!!!.....California is about to pass a bill stating that all future airsoft guns must be clear or bright colored....THIS IS BAD BECAUSE 95% of airsoft gun retailers are in california...

Go to change.org>search>anti airsoft> sign the petition...otherwise most good aisoft gun companies and airsoft websites will have to change to clear or bright colored guns

  • @rockon609 this isnt an airsoft video

  • like how it kicks the brass at about 2 O'clock and not all over the persons face standing next to you

  • Notice how the first shot taken out of the water for each weapon sounds slightly different than each consecutive shot thanks to the water still clogged in the weapon

  • Mmmh....i completely forgot that tekken's songs are nice...yoshimitsu !!

  • Looks like a ACR

  • are they available in just semi for civilians? (fun at the shooting range)

  • Honestly, guys, after shooting Full-auto you'll appreciate Semi-auto a LOT more. Least I did anyway :)

  • @epbullen after being a SAW gunner, i really appreciate full-auto.

  • lol the bullets were ricocheting 2 feet to the right of him

  • @1HOTTPLAYA

Lord almighty I hope you weren't born this stupid.

  • @variablebinary lol

  • @variablebinary I laughed like crazy at that reply!!

  • @variablebinary 100 likes on this comment

  • @variablebinary lol if he were at least he would have an excuse

  • @variablebinary he probobly meant the casings. Maybe English is a second language...

    One can hope, right?

  • @variablebinary LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

  • thats the shell..

  • thats the shell..

  • @1HOTTPLAYA Learn about things before you embarrass yourself further.

  • @1HOTTPLAYA are you stupid or sompthin

  • @1HOTTPLAYA

That's the spent cartridges landing in the water.

  • @1HOTTPLAYA lol IT WAS THE CARTRIGE NOT BULLET DUMBASS

  • @1HOTTPLAYA lol IT WAS THE CARTRIGE NOT BULLET

  • @1HOTTPLAYA it was the spent casing.

  • @1HOTTPLAYA it was the spent casing

  • @1HOTTPLAYA LOL they're the empty shell casings being ejected, Just saying.

  • @1HOTTPLAYA

    That's the ejected empties!

  • @1HOTTPLAYA uhh dude, thats the shell ejecting

  • @1HOTTPLAYA Please promise to never handle a weapon!!! You frighten me!

  • @1HOTTPLAYA those are shells dude -.-

  • @1HOTTPLAYA Its called muzzle blast dumbass.

  • @redheadedduckhunter wrong guess.

  • @1HOTTPLAYA u mug, thats when the used rounds were flying out of the chamber via an open bolt!!

  • @1HOTTPLAYA those are the shell casings, i hope you feel really stupid

  • @1HOTTPLAYA those the shell coming out of the gun dumb ass

  • @1HOTTPLAYA lol, a playa being a stupid fuck, what else is new

  • @1HOTTPLAYA those are casings my friend

  • @Nynexx No, at 0:10 you can see a casing flying into the water, it's just the muzzle blast.

  • @1HOTTPLAYA

You realize those were the ejected shells right? Water stops bullets, they will not ricochet. Think before you speak derp.

  • @1HOTTPLAYA hahahahahhaahha fuuck you must have been stonedd

  • @1HOTTPLAYA hey stupid, shells are ejected.

  • @1HOTTPLAYA those are the shells by the way, not the bullets.

  • @1HOTTPLAYA they were the shells you dumbass

  • @1HOTTPLAYA They are spent brass idiot. You clearly know next to nothing about firearms.

  • @1HOTTPLAYA Are you retarded? You were either referring to the ejecting shells or the gas releasing in front of the barrel and being disperted by the flash hider.

  • @1HOTTPLAYA those were casings

  • @1HOTTPLAYA HHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

  • Has anyone here had the opportunity to test this against the ACR/SCAR versions'(besides the obvious price differences) capabilities? Besides the furniture, how does this one stack up with the Kalishnokov-style piston setup and the effects of it on the overall accuracy? I am seriously thinking about buying this gun.

  • @KJOSCOT me too ,reviews are hard to find though.found one that said it doesn't like wolf ammo and accuracy was wiked soso.then people tell me it works good.i want to replace my ak with the xcr but at this price it better take any ammo i feed it-basically be an ak with better accuracy and controls.

  • I think this is better than any of the new cros (corrosion resistance operating system) rifles out their, even the new 416

  • Ive wanted an XCR for years but they are pretty expensive just like most other AR type weapons

  • @SammyLBusby

not really. compared to a straight up m4, yes. but when compared to piston driven ar's (like lwrc, pof, the new ruger, and, of course, the new ACR) there about right. at some points, even a bargain....

  • now put it in mud and sand.

  • Nice video! Got to love the gun :)

But i would rather have an HK416..

  • That's just plain sweet! We did a review on the XCR and were pretty impressed with her. This takes it to another level!

  • i like watching the spent brass splashing

  • Cool vid, but this is no problem for any piston rifle, right?

  • id love to be doing that at the beach

  • bet you could do that with a FAL

  • Awsome!...The type of gun I would use during any operation if I were in the armed forces...The XCR Mini would make a great SMG...and the XCR Standard would make a great sniper rifle...lol

  • @xxsaranglubxx

You mean the mini would make an excellent cqb weapon....it can't be a SMG if it fires an assault rifle round, and the standard fires the5.56which isn't the greatest long range round, if they came out with a 6.5 version and not just 6.8 then yes it would make a decent sniper rifle

  • @xxsaranglubxx It is awesome, but unfortunately the XCR in the calibers they make it in can't be considered a SMG since they fire rifle cartridges and wouldn't make a good sniper system. They do make excellent battle rifles however, which is what they are designed for.

If they started making XCR Minis that fired pistol rounds, then it would be a SMG. If they started making accurized XCRs with 20'' match bull barrels in 7.62x51 or 6.5 Grendel, then it could be considered a sniper system.

  • thats impressive

  • is this a 5.56

  • @bigshowoff321 5.56, 6.8, 7.62x39, 6.5 grendel

  • afwsome cool looking good...

  • That is one way to keep the barrel cool.

  • Take that AR shooters! This should be the military's rifle.

  • How about a dirt and mud test? Get that sucker all dirty or muddy, then fire it. How about doing that and not cleaning it for a week, and firing within that time? If this rifle is as good as they say it is, then there shouldn't be any problem.

  • OMG this music is from Tekken 3 Yoshimitsu theme : OOO

  • From 0:39 to 0:42, I see a banana clip. I assume the XCR can be chambered and welled for 7.62 x 39, or am I wrong?

  • @ricemaster2008 you my goodsir are correct

  • @ricemaster2008 Yes, they can be chambered for 7.62x39. That would be a 7.62x39 AR MAGAZINE

  • @ricemaster2008 chambered for, but not magwelled, those are cproducts 7.62x39 AR mags

  • WOW nice test. Like how long you guys dunked the AR in the water.

  • Nice video VB.... Was Alex afraid to get his hair wet? lol

  • yeah sorry you couldn't pay me enough to do this with ANY rifle. LET THE F*CKER DRAIN FIRST! This could have very ell exploded in the operator's hands injuring of killing him in the process.

ANYTHING in the bore at the moment of firing= heap bad juju...

though I will give a thumbs up to the maker of this vid for using Yoshimitsu's theme from Tekken 3 ( ps1 soundtrack if I remember right.)

  • Alright, soldier, now police up your brass!

  • Alright, soldier, now police up your brass!

  • Kind of sounds like an AK.

  • Sploosh

  • man thats so cool i cant wait to get one of these!!!! i love how they are non-restricted up here!!

  • Man, Gas operated weapons have gone a long way since the 1960's.

  • only if the fire arm was made before 1984 may he get it in automatic. and this fire arm is post 1984 so no you cant buy it full auto....

  • unless you have a post 86 dealers letter class III

  • funny thing is in theory a rifle on full auto is inaccurate.....so why do they want you to actually aim in and fire every round?

  • its hard to hit somebody in one shot, esp under stress. fyi, police are trained to double or triple tap their pistols.

  • because out of 50 yard its hard to hit a target, even harder for 100 yard, and 200 yard. Beside why would you want to waste ammo? If your military you wont like to carry 500 rounds,

  • What's the accuracy of the XCR from the 5.5 to 7.62?

  • Word of caution here- don't try this at home kids and definitely not with a standard gas impingement type AR

  • cause a ar will blow up in yo face

  • @sbd45acp I did try this with a plain AR its works just fine no blown up gun no damage whats so ever !

  • drbun, I hate to tell you but thanks to the Hughes amendment to the 1986 Gun Owners Bill of Rights (Volkmer-McClure bill), no full-auto firearm manufactured after mid-1986 may be legally registered or legally sold to non-LEO or non-military. So unless you're a cop and your department orders one for you, you are never going to own a full auto version.

  • So not fair!!! Guns don't kill people, people kill people! A few bad people spoil all the fun for everyone else, what a bitch!

  • @drbun Awesome point bro, guns are a means to an end take them away and people will find another means. guns definately are not the problem.

  • @drbun Ever notice when someone cuts a persons head off with a knife on a bus they dont want to take everyones knife away?

  • @ufloetz Yes sir! I say it's political bullshit. Good people will be good while the bad will continue to do what they want. I want the full auto!

  • @drbun i agree full auto should be a right of all that want it.

  • @drbun so true, but as i always say freedom may not be safe but its the only thing that matters.

  • If I am a Class III dealer what about a dealer sample?

  • @brolin1911a1 unless you have a class III FFL which requires a full background check and a couple hundred a year to maintain, its worth it.

  • you're wrong. if he gets the proper license and pays for the transfer and paperwork and, of course, lives in a state like GA. then he can own this firearm in full auto!

  • post by CGPAryan is WRONG - The ONLY way you're getting a FULL AUTO XCR is if you steal it or you're a LICENSED DEALER. There are NO full auto versions of this gun for civilians. PERIOD, end of story.

  • unless of course we can get the laws changed or create a bill that would allow us too if we ever vote for a president that cares about what the people want.

  • @nikolasbbq What if you were a first responder say like a EMT or Cop or Firefighter?

  • @nikolasbbq gun was made after 86, you my friend, are correct

  • Might want to make sure your information is accurate before you go spouting off. Just a tip.

  • Still saving the money for mind. I wish to own the full automatic but don't want to go through all the trouble plus money to get one.

  • Yep, got rid of my AR's last year and couldn't be happier with my 2 XCR's. Worth every penny, love em!

  • I've seen the Uzi inventor do the same thing with an Uzi, except he dipped the gun in a tub of water.

This doesn't surprise me at all.

    These XCR's are the best.

    I love mine.

  • Alex needs to do a cool "man with the green face" coming out of the water at night in a low mist. XCR ROX!!

  • I inexplicably enjoy the sound of the first shot that's full of water.

  • I want to see any AR15 fan boy try that with their gun.

  • Piston AR's can.

  • Negative on that. The rifle will not function and will most likely blow up.

  • Why is the first shot in each string louder than all the rest?

  • Water being forced out by the first shot.

  • I just absolutely love my XCR, accurate, does NOT get dirty, anywhere.

  • Aw now THAT'S definitely too cool for school.

Nice grouping on that brass too.

  • its cool how you can see where the ejected cases are going

  • Looks like Alex had fun.
