I respect Tito for being a pioneer of the sport and (I believe) he fought his first fight for no money while still in college, but at this point I don't see how anyone can be a fan of his. man tito is my favorite fighter he gets me into the fight he actually got me onto the old ufc. ive been watching him since i was an elementry school i am now 19 and still is my favorite fighter most tito haters are new fans to the sport who have not seen tito before well thats just my opinions and tito really put ufc on the map like i said my opinion.

Pretty good video but you only answered questions you could defend good enough that the people couldn't counter. You completely dodged my question saying Tito is hardly meets UFC standards and isn't a top 10 LHW any more but he's more top 15ish and that's if I actually think about it and form a legitimate top 15-20 list would he have a chance of making it. Tito is living off his name from the early days of the UFC he's way past his prime and should be cut and be main eventing Strike Force.

@sinz187 actaully Doug acknowledges that Tito isn't a top contender anymore and cites many of the health reasons why. Doug never asked for people to dsipute his world ranking anyway, he was asking for people that like to have a pop at Tito, and call him a Coward etc. Pay attention, lad.

I have to admit you make some very valid points in Tito's defence and you appear very knowledgeable about his history. Unfortunately your argument is coming from a very biased angle, like Tito can do no wrong and he's without flaws. I respect him as a fighter and think he deserves his spot in the HOF, it's just a shame that whenever he loses the excuses come flooding out - It makes him appear like a sore loser. Anyway, who would you like him to fight next?
