Man... you guys made a great decision to quit Naruto. Im serious. If you think Sasuke's cursed seal was bad, you have to check out the current war arc which is the worst yet. I havent stopped reading yet but I just skim through the panels without reading just to see what happens, the series is almost anyway so it doesnt matter to me.

One Piece combines every aspect of shonen genre into one series, as well as bringing it's own originality. That's what makes it the best manga of all time.

Nice discussion. I'm sad that Chia didn't like Skypiea too much =/ Skypiea for me is actually one of my favorite arcs. Maybe because I had read up to Alabasta once in Shonen Jump, and then again when I started collecting the volumes so Skypiea was the first taste of something new. I don't understand why people complain about it as much either Code *shrug*

@xkaitoukidx well, to be fair, its not the greatest arc, but i just dont get how some people out right just hate the arc and say its irrelevant. its part of the manga, its not irrelevant lol. but yeah, its awesome. every arc is awesome. ^__^

@CodeProvider I can see what you mean by irrelevancy. Haha. But for me, though it started off slow and some of the earlier fights were lame, it has been one of the most rewarding victories for the Straw Hats. Plus, Nolan's story got to me for some reason. I liked the storybook flashback, as well as the mythology that Oda created. It's packed full of fun ideas and concepts. But yeah, every arc is great :D

I guess we germans are super lucky onepiecewise i started watching onepiece 9 years ago (on a german tv channel) which is so suprising because we germans get NO anime at all on Tv nowadays

@ThaThree A speed up is when Shonen Jump decides that they should get a series closer to the volumes released in Japan. For One piece they released five volumes every month for six months.

Yeah I'm not all for the dub voices in One Piece. But you seems to be a big fan of One Piece and HunterxHunter. You don't seem to touch anime. Seriously how can you not see Kekkaishi in the store? lol I stayed around for the 20 minutes. Make more.
