interesting use of a skateboard and nice switchies on the balance board. Although I am not a big fan of leg presses even though I used to use over 1k for reps over 10. It does not really compare to squats for me especially when done right before box jumps like you are showing. I did get some new ideas and will check your other stuff out. thanks.
a little tip for the leg press and sqwats what alot of people dont know is that not going all the way down weakens your range oif movment and will actualy make you preform worse if your doing sport related training good video though
@OneAndAHalfStar in kung fu we do stretches to keep ourselves from becoming less flexible, in otherwords to prevent your range of movements, try lieing down on a bench or floor and bring one leg up horizontaly and let it gravitate so your knee is touching your nose
@Roooledoulf hey message me im a baseball pitcher and i find i need to get my shoulder to have the mucles not as streched out if you have any ideas tell me pleas
Be the coolest dude in the gym. You can place the ball low or high on your back for different resistance, safer than the board. Roll with it, feel the comfort.
@WorldwideTrainer ..whats up w.t.,..balance training opened up a new world for me,..and i'll try the skateboard technique,.it looks like it works,..a swiss ball can bulge you out too far.......try some training now...thanx again.....

There is more than one way to do wall squats! You don't have to just use a ball, it's a matter of preference.

The blue ball in the corner is best for wall squats, why the hell would you use a skate board against the wall?
