Someday, when you have kids, you will understand that entertaining the littler ones is priority. Although, I try not to use the TV as a babysitter, this was at grandma's house.
This will clear everything up, someone I know was watching Barney with the closed captioning on and it said "Not" in the captions, so yes he does say the word "Not"
