no offense but do you like pay attention to trick names at all? a 180? thats when u spin 180 degrees in the air. what your doing is a pussy version of a 180 barspin. learn your shit before you post yourself on the internet

i found that if you cant do the 180 strait away then do the no footer, then go onto the 180.

for your 180 it looks like you keeps your arms on the handles so that your arms end up crossed at the end. when you spin the pogo stick let go and then catch it at the end.
