Perhaps one day Tonium will expand the idea and make a touch sensitive full size DJ mixer. Then there'd be no faders to wear out and it'd be resistant to drink spillage!

Yeah but you the pacemaker is totally different. You can't mix with just a cdj you need 2 of them and a mixer, you can't take a cdj everywhere and mix on the train or plain or whatever. Its expensive but for it portability its awesome.

and this is why, you can easily make a radioset for example when you are on the run, and you have no time for cd players or computer software.

Perhaps one day Tonium will expand the idea and make a touch sensitive full size DJ mixer. Then there'd be no faders to wear out and it'd be resistant to drink spillage!

i had seen a little article on this in a CAR magazine! looks ok bit of a toy really isnt it. i mean they describe as why par fortunes for turntables, you can purchase tables for less im pretty sure

in US it wil be $700, alothough its steep price to payy considering you cna buy cdj-400 or vynil for that money. but then again you cant take them on the bus or airplane.lol it will also be 120gb

Jonathan! I have a large setup. I have 3 keyboards and 2 vinyl turntables. I was wondering if the Pacemaker would be something worth considering as an add on... Or is it something that needs to be tended to by itself? Any word on these would be appreciated. Including price in dollars.

to raysingermn, to be honest it's more for out and about, although you could plug it into a mixer and play toons with other bits of dj related kit.Remember it is still quite new so i don't think even the people that made it know it's true potential. j

thanks - i've watched some of your other Pacemaker vids and did a bit of research and i think i understand a little bit more now.
what i was curious about was how the scratching and stuff worked. i knew it was like a portable set of turntables and mixer in one unit, but i couldn't imagine how you would scratch and stuff with only one .. "scratchable" surface. but i think i understand more about it now.

The people posting these insulting comments, they need to grow up. Judging people on what they do with their time is ridiculous and immature. Constructive criticism is fine, but insults and bashing are not. Johnathan does this for enjoyment and guiding people along the path of a hobby/profession that he loves, and you should respect him for that.

Yeah but you the pacemaker is totally different. You can't mix with just a cdj you need 2 of them and a mixer, you can't take a cdj everywhere and mix on the train or plain or whatever. Its expensive but for it portability its awesome.
