I wish Shaun Cassidy releases this show again. Maybe back then, it was an odd-ball, but today, there's a market for this kind of shows. I always thought it was great. Waaay better than those awful shows about tee-vampires and stuff!

This show was awesome!!! Just another one of Shauns brain childs. You people remember Invashion? That was Shauns, it came on before Lost did. I always thought Invashion was a better show then Lost, just it came on before most were watching so it got lower ratings and that is how it went.

Thanks SO much for posting this interview! It gives an excellent insight into a show that deserved way more than what it received. I was introduced to this show in 2005 when the DVDs were finally released, but nonetheless I think it was the best, smartest most brilliant show of its time and paved the road for all other sci-fi/drama/horror shows to come after it.

this series aired in australia. It was fucking great!!! and as fast as it came it was gone. thought maybe we didnt get the rites to air the next season, but to hear it was canned after one series, What the fuck.i hope whoever signed off on dumping this show is eaten by ravenous dobermans.

AMEN to that! I remember seeing the previews cause i would always have to tape my mom's soap on that channel. Man, that was many moons ago. Yes, CBS was fucked in destroying this show. An American classic at it's best!

Wow! All these years and i FINALLY get to see atleast ONE true interview on this under-rated masterpiece of a show that was sadly too ahead of its time, and was cancelled after only 22 episodes! Grrr... Anyway thank you so much for posting this, this is the best of any behind the scenes type thing ive ever seen on this masterpeice. If you could possibly get anything more on it, id gladly appreciate it. Hats off to ya naboomboo. respect. By the way, how did you get this?? You taped it?

Oh i heartedly agree with u! :) How CBS let a show this good die i will never know. One of the best shows ever to grace television screens. The behind the scenes featurette rocked. RIP American Gothic!

I could talk and reply with thousands of words cuz i love this show so much, but ill just this, CBS are fucked! They killed this show, and dont beleive the lies if u ever heard em, this shows rating outdone even x files for a while and CBS never wanted it and killed by deliberately airing shows out of order and not even airing certain episodes dues to religious and political reasons etc. This shiw in my honest opinion, was and always will be, the god of a show that tv will ever see! PERFECT!!!
