Phantom Planet did so much for their fans.

Panic basically doesn't care about their fans.

But it's really sad because I enjoy their music alot, but if they did these shows they'd be eaten my screeching fangirls.

As people, Panic lost my respect a long time ago.

I do love parts of the new record though but it's just not the same. musically they're getting stronger and stronger, lyrically he's writing better than ever, but his melodies and vocals have faltered

they're getting way better as a band but his vocals aren't anywhere near as good as they used to be. very very sad :(

I saw them a couple of weeks ago and it really sounded great live. I actually think the melodies are fantastic. They just wanted a really simple sound on this record.... like the zutons or early weezer or something.

I think they completely delivered.

I sort of grew out of the sounds on the guest pretty quickly. I liked them for a few weeks, but then they weren't that big of a deal.

But raise the dead has stayed at the top of my plays since april. :)

he is singing an acoustic set right, it wouldn't sound right if hewent all out like he usually does, acoustic sets are more mellow

i met him at the CT HCT concert.

he hugged me and kissed my cheek since it was my birthday.

and i agree, panic at the disco is letting the same rise to their heads. they would never do this for their fans, and that's the main point why i love phantom planet so much.

Panic is too big for this kind of thing. That's the sad part abou the music industry. Once a band makes it, they care less and less about their fans. Plus, Panic would get mauled by fans if this happened.
