  • Thanks for this video.

  • How much vinegar do you add to the soap mixture to make dish soap? Thanks for the great video

  • I made this recipe with the intent on using it for body scrub, I save my suave shampoo bottles and put the recipe in these. I was able to fill four bottles!!! I bought six bars of soap for three dollars (on sale). Do the math it doesn't get cheaper than this. You won't find it any cheaper. Also this stuff makes for a nice shower. Thanks cwaj

  • @bleaupearls

Thank you so much. You can add cheap conditioner to it too. I have not found a recipe for conditioner.

By the way, add vinegar to it and it makes a great grease fighting dish soap!

  • can you use any soap u want. Thanks. neat recipe

  • @bleaupearls Yes you can. Ivory is good, because it is more natural.

  • Wonderful to know, thank you for your time. Will be saving money with this one especially with the kids. Thanks.

  • awesome video thanks for the work.

  • can u do me a fav... can u do a video and research on how to make shampoo with the creamyness but organic... i make shampoo but i cant ever make it creamie =( i want it like the store bought kind not waterly like

  • @SmexyfulPandaBear

You can do this recipe as a shampoo too. Use your hand mixer on your soap, before you refill your shampoo bottle. Shake Shampoo bottle every time you use. You can add oils to it, to give it a fruity, or flower smell.

Remember, this is homemade, and not store bought. It works pretty well, and saves a ton of money.

  • @SmexyfulPandaBear you can add tea bags to your water and that makes it like a herbal shampoo...I use peppermint tea bagsand tea tree oil and made a tingling shampoo...I love it...it feels so refreshing....LOL

  • Nice video, can I add fragrance to the mix?

  • @EXPLOREOURPLANETORG Yes, did you not watch the video? lol Add the oils from Walmart Craft section. Really cheap and many kinds to choose from.

  • I make a similar handsoap with bar soap and water. It's so much cheaper and easy to do! I'm digging the accent! Texas it says on your page? I'm in Oklahoma. :)

  • Very nice! I bet vanilla, lemon or orange extract would make it smell nice, too.

  • Good idea for converting bar soap to liquid and adding your own fragrance. I like lavander.
