I do really love the WhiteStar! Back in South Africa, Babylon 5 broadcasts were never any good - very patchy, nigh on impossible to follow a story line.

HOWEVER, I have Startrek Bridge Commander and recently installed the White & Blue stars. There is nothing in the fed or anything except Borg fleets that can stand up to the Whitestar! She's too fast and her weapons too powerful. Not too sure how balanced that is, but it is fun!

white star vs defiant = no point, dif techs dif universe concepts, imagine it like cheese cake and and a fryup, both food, both good but trying to mix them is only gonna make you ill

Very nice ship. I reckon the Andromeda Ascendant (an equally nice looking ship) took a few design cues from the Whitestar.

no the andromeda script was founded by the late gene roddenberry. if u look @ star trek: enterprise's (enterprise d) bridge, the walk way curve looks like andromeda. the show is called "Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda" & i do think the star trek and babylon 5 'designers' might have been in the same room when they designs certain spaceships.

yes the white star uses a gravity drive that produces antimatter as a waste product. it`s stored and used in the weapons systems

Whitestar's truly rock but i disagree how the earth war was fought, im sory but those big cklunking war machines would no way be able to even touch a whitestar! their far to manuverable and the only main weapons to contend with on any ea ships was in the front, the whitestars should have been able to come at them and just take them down with minimal damage.

I like the Whitestar design. It's beautiful, elegant and a punch in the jaw if you mess with it. My disappointment in the show is how humans faired so badly against the Minbari. One on one between an Omega X and Whitester, the Omega X clearly outgunned the Whitestar. It just goes to show how speed and maneuverability can equalize or beat a stronger opponent. It would have been interesting to see what other races survived one million years later in that one episode.

It's also the strongest ship in sci blowing it's contemporary ships out of the water.

You know what...I have no Idea why I said that! I think The Defiant is just as good as the Whitstar. Maybe some one should do a "what if" video... The Defiant and Whitestar Vs The Millennium Falcon... HEHE

@ElenarMT Not when it comes to "TEH PRETIES!!!!". seriously White Star is just the prettiest ship ever. The fact that it bites hard for it's size is a bonus.
