Good guide. I got 211k by modifying it slightly (different upgrade order, slightly different tower build order, but all the same towers and positioning). Try to make sure that they never get to the cores. Your income goes down significantly while each core isn't at home, so it's worth it to spend more to make sure the cores never go far or don't leave at all. It clearly makes a huge difference as I was able to get 211k. If you were extremely precise you could probably score higher.

To anyone watching, it's more important to follow the principles demonstrated than to copy the build exactly. My build was basically Concussion + Meteors on the bottom stretch, then Cannons for the rest. Sprinkle Temporal and Command towers around the map to keep everything covered. And very importantly, you gain interest on your money if you have cores in your base, so only buy towers when you need them!

Just spent it all on upgrades when needed, and added a laser-tower to the diagonal of the flamer to make the run larger, and to take down those bastards who stole my cores in run 1

Followed the early game, but there are a few levels you can skip upgrading in order to build up your reserves. Had to backspace once when I got overwhelmed, but I ended up with 207k. Thanks for the video! Very helpful.

I upgraded every tower in the same order as he did, but immediately after I had enough money and STILL got 137k. So the strategy is so good that it doesn't matter how you do it. Good video.

Nevermind, I figured it out. It has nothing to do with HOW you did it; it's how many blocks you left open. This video left six. So I did my own combination of cannons, guns, combustion, lasers, and a meteor and left six slots blank; still got 128k

I just don't understand how this game basis score then cause I only had one or two guys REACH the cores before dying and yet this entire video you have like fifty cores being taken... but you get a higher score? awesome! i got 104000 points with a final of 180000, perfect strat. to anyone else though, just make sure you look at the wave this guy is on when he upgrade and buys, and wait till your up to that too, dont spend your money early or you might just not make it

@Badal37 Don't spend all your money right when you have some for the upgrade, the more you have in bank, the more you earn each second.

- don't forget to build lvl3 Inferno at the top right-hand corner

- get all your buildings to lvl3 (red one)

- you can put more turrets at the 2 slots at the beginning of the track (I chose laser and meteor)

- you only >lose< cores when they're carried off the map, if the enemy only grab them (and get killed before exiting the map) it's 100% ok
