  • lol watching these vids and thinking more about my panic attacks is almost enough to bring one on!

  • @w f80 true dat, i've got rid of them now anyway, somehow, it's all in the mind, tht shit fucks wit u

  • I've tried everything. Counseling, medications, more rigorous exercise, meditation, solfeggio music, read every book there was, quit drinking-smoking-using pot-caffeine-salt-etc, changed my sleeping habits, changed everything I can possibly think of to try and eliminate PA's from my life. They always comes back. Now I'm convinced it's actually caused by demonic forces. Like somehow I'm a magnet for them. So internally I tell them to get out of my body and go bother someone else. It works!

  • Okay! that just made me feel better .thats Im not alone..has anyone else ever got short on breath && like can't eat ..?..cuz I have my sandwich out but I have a fear in my mind that I might choke.. -_- Ughh! HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

  • @03455146644 yes i felt short of breath many many times...its just from the fear

  • LMAO this is me.... this actually makes me feel better knowing im not alone

  • @Ogzltheeve same here

  • this is very good! helped me alot to understand some shit!

  • That's happened to me before but i never thought it was a panic attack, i thought it was like low blood sugar or something....

  • NICE

  • y will none of the videos actually tell u wat to do when it happens arrrggghhh!

  • @soppingwetpussyhead4 You have to pay $160 for that info bud. Is it worth it to you to get rid of pa's forever? Then pay up sucker!

  • THIS IS ME.

  • Two Things

1: The narrator is very Irish. (my last name is Kelly). Maybe there is something to do with nationality and Panic Attacks.

2: The Cartoonist is very skilled. By having the ability to illustrate this panic attack so perfectly it is obvious they have mastery of how to describe a panic attack. I would do an interview with the artist and video it because I think they would be able to explain this very very accurately and thus help people who watch it.... Peace Out

  • laspanicdotcom

  • wowow crazy how it is the SAME thing that im living and lived..

  • Story of my life:(

  • MY GOD IT ALMOST KILLED ME THESE ATTACKS :'((

  • Wow that video ended really depressingly.

  • How can I stop the derealization?

  • @Kadadj At the start of my panic attacks, I had derealization for about... I'd like to say a couple months, possibly even 5-6. It was set off by a fear of thunderstorms, as well as some social anxiety that I had. Knowing Jesus helped me, and reading his word. I'm being honest.

  • I am a christian and that helps me a lot. I trust that no matter what happens that God is in control and He will not let any thing bad happen to me if it is a really bad panic attack I just ask my pastor to pray for me and my sister and I feel better

  • @prittydeb He lets people die every day, maybe for a reason, maybe not. We have free will, which means god is not in direct control. Know that anxiety cannot hurt you, even if your religious or not. Then again, good for you.

  • @Kadadj It is because of God I do not have panic attacks again. So you can keep your comments to yourself Jesus had stripes for my healing. So I am healed If someone dose not get healed it's because they did not have faith in God's word

  • @prittydeb The moment that I stray away from God, I begin to have panic attacks again. I know he is true, and his word, and his son. He has shown me what he can do, and I know he is my saviour. God Bless you.

  • @Yahshuaismylamp I will send you a private message

  • wow this is spot on WOW

  • Oh, :/ .. i had my frist full blown panic attack 2 years ago... since then, i lost 2 jobs, and was in the hosptial for more than a week. They went away for a while, but i've been having them again, bad, for the passed month or so... i feel dizzy 24/7... my heart flutters, i can't focus, i can't breath... and the feelings never go away, they stick with me all day long. It's so fucking annoying. I can never be alone, i can't really leave my house. Shit SUCKS.

  • yah me 2 i suffer that all kind of symptoms but i dont know how can i stop this anxiety... my chest pain all over my chest region and tightness in chest region can trigger my panic attack.. help me

  • @reezejelle8 If you're feeling that tight band around your chest you'll have to control your breathing. That is all that matters at this point. Get a bag and slowly breath in and out. This helps bringing your oxygen level down and this will release that tightness around your chest.

I've been suffering from panic and hyperventilation for about 2 years now and I feel pretty much in control of it. There are a LOT of good video's on Youtube which will help you breathe properly. Good luck!

  • my first attack happened when i was in senior high during a program held in our school. ti was so dreadful. i went to the bathroom and was really really panicking because i felt i was about to throw up and faint and i was catching my breathe and felt that everything is out of control.. my friend came after me in the cr and slowly went with me to the clinic. but when i was asked to just lay and relax. evrything was going fine... and from that day on.. i dread of throwing up in the public..

  • i hate thinking..i do stuff arond the house but feeling unreal makes me scared

  • @MRGHOST951 I'm thinking i'm going insane with all these physical things. Like I am completely crazy.

  • anxiety has over 100 symptoms, they are all pretty crazy abd can appear to be more than what they are ...these videos do have a good point on how to deal and cope, it is all a mental game, stay strong your arent the only one

  • the same here :(

  • wow so true

  • Seeing this makes me want to cry! I remember having a panic attack for the first time in 1997 when i was 21. ive been living alone then and had been under depression and anxiety for weeks because i was living in a new city w/out friends or family around. Then one night i woke up around 3am confused in a cold sweat, feeling very nervous and shaky for no reason, out of breath, feeling as if i was losing control my mind and concentration....oh my god, i wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy!

  • @Tusc9969 So how r u feeling now? What helped you?

  • @windex1234 When that first happened to me, I thought I had a number of things wrong with me.. a brain clot/bleed, heart attack, stroke etc Doc checked me out and said I was 100% fine physically and that all I had was Panic attack due to either stress or depression or both and that it was a common thing. I then did my own research on the net and felt a bit relieved. So, I made a few friends in the new city, went out a bit more, smoked some 420 and so far I haven't suffered another attack since.

  • @Tusc9969 I would. hehehe, and when i see them i'd come up from behind them and slice their throats wide open and flee the scene without anyone seeing my face, and not leaving a single trace of evidence behind that could lead back to me.

  • Fuck me is the character me?

  • @anonymous1542 that's what I'm thinking

  • Agh I'm restless
