i might believe this is alternative green light system, whereby the lane which the bikers in are green, to allow uninterrupted right turn, while the adjacent lane is red as we can see from the waiting vehicles.

with 60km/hr as the speed limit, the car would be able to slow down enough not stop from that impact... 0.75s reaction time given that the driver is sober and focused on the road, and with that great distance i am pretty sure those motorcyclists would not be hurt as bad...
Seriously, the video must have some kind of time stamp. If they are so stupid not to keep a record of the light's state. The time can be calculated to get the state of light for each side.

I don't know it is for real but I heard there is a law in Malaysia that if the accident involving a motorcyclist, no matter who's fault is it, the one that will get sue and fine/jail is always the car driver. @yyeeaiqingbole From what I see the car looks like trying to cross at yellow light but failed. Even if the car is not offending the red light, the driver should hit the brake when the motorcyclists are coming out. There is not a single skid mark from that car!! It just literally ram through the bikes!
@yyeeaiqingbole I disagree. If you notice towards the end of the video, there were other bikes travelling in the same direction as the victims so this shows that they had the green light. It was therefore the car's fault.

@craZyleBiT if u see the opposite traffic, from the marks on the road, there're clear marks that there's a lane going to the left of the camera and there might possibly be a lane going straight too, but either way, they're not moving, this indicates that the lane the car came from is obviously a green light, because if it was a red light, the opposite traffic would be moving
@witchrox Either it's the driver's fault or the bikers' fault, it's all up to the police to investigate. I just sick of the fact that some people would judge motorcyclists in such way that they always causing the trouble. I'm a driver as well as a biker. Just understand that no one want to risk their lives just for some convenience. Just glad that the motorcyclists survived the crash.
I still think the car should at least hit the brake before it crashes into the bikes.

Even if the car is not offending the red light, the driver should hit the brake when the motorcyclists are coming out. There is not a single skid mark from that car!!
