I mounted the camera to the left wing in such a way that when you fixate the camera tight...the side of the camera rests on the hull of the plane and its looking down at i'd say ...a 45 degree angle. I used an 1/8" piece of flexible plastic on top and bottom of the plane wing...with tiny bolts compressing the wing in that spot...and also hot glue. I then mounted the sticky gopro flat mount thing to that..and viola. I also secured the camera with fishing line in case it detached...
