This felt to me like a scene from an old fashioned spanish film. Now That's beyond performance. They were communicating to each other without words. Very good!

Technically, Malitowski and Leunis show us more what they're able to. But Killick and Karttunen are far more emotional and they show us more the real passion and feelings in Paso Doble, like at 2:43. And that's why I like them best.

The music is Scheherazde, a symphonic suite composed by Rimsky-Korsakov in 1888.

The first piece of music they dance to is from the ballet "Scheherazade"

Remember the story of the sultan who killed all of his brides?  She was the one who survived by telling him stories for 1001 nights. Paul Killick & Hanna Karttunen used the score from "Scheherazade" as their performance music.

Since the story is originally "Arabic" in nature, it's not inappropriate at all for Hanna Karttunen to wear a bellydance-themed ballgown.
