I'm not a hater so please don't scold me, but i think Kamina is the worst charackter of all and i have seeing many anime serie, cause i am a fan. the way he fight and the way he is, is not something i like. He is too aggresive in a fight. He would have died in every fight, if it wasn't for Simon. His behavior against Simon and the way he train him. The way he hit Simon, cause, simon could'nt control the lagann, while Simon was angry at him, cause he kissed with the girl that he did love too.

And another reason; he always say he will kill and beat the enemy, but he always end up loosing, and when the enemy is about to kill him, there are coming a little boy saving, saving his ass and beat up the enemy. When it's all over, Kamina take all the fame from the boy, and make it like he beat up the...-

I know Kamina didn't know anythink about it and he did it only so he could wake up, but the boy(Sorry can't remember the boys name) hated him, cause he broke his heart and while he was thinking about that, Kamina hitted him. Kamina is acting like he is the best man and he is the boss, but he have no tactick in battle, it's just..-

Then Simon would be that character you absolutely despise throughout the entire series, and the entire thing would be about 1/4th as epic...

Kamina wasn't as strong as Simon is if you've noticed. If Simon has confidence, he passes every obstacle. Kamina had that same confidence which he passed on to Simon. He believed in Simon for a reason, because he had such great power, even if he didn't know it.
