Oh no, it's actually an insult. The boy who spray-painted the wall is in the "Bully" clique and he is writing an insult towards the "Jock" clique who plays sports. Whenever someone sprays graffiti in this game it is used to make fun of the other cliques. Nerds, Preps, Jocks, Bullies and Greasers.

I guess if you haven't played the game it can be a confusing mixed message =)
