  • I would never have guessed that there is a following of elevator enthusiasts. It's a good thing I'm not a betting man.

  • Yes, this too is my most favorite elevator in West Austin.

  • haha i always go to barton creek mall

  • According to Wikipedia, the mall was built in the early to mid 1980's.

  • "Year-Installed/Early 1980's." lol

It was installed around 2000. That mall wasnt even built till around '95.

  • That's interesing, and are your batteries the rechargable type, or are they standard?

  • Maybe, but all the elevator brands used this type of bell, and is actually the Chicago code bell, with an "A" note of 900 Hz.

  • Yes, and this is a passenger elevator, not a freight elevator.

  • Yes, that might have been my reflection in the glass window.

  • I think i saw you in that elevator

  • Actually, I was on board with another person, who did push the button.

  • on the monroville mall elevator the glass one the button lights up on its own if no one oresses it if someone on the inside in the car presses UL then on the 2nd floor that call button lights up if someone hit LL the button on the first floor lights up if someone out of the elevator presses the button on the 2nd floor the UL button on the inside lights up same for LL that could be why it was already lit unless some one hit it and walked away

  • I use the Kodak V803, or Canon SD1000 cameras, but I use the Kodak camera, since it has more memory capacity.

  • What type of camera do you use to record with?
