Always call "dreads", 'Locks' instead of "dread locks". The only reason is because the word "dread" has a negative conotation to it and to some people it is considered rude to call them "dreads"

she's able to get them wet in the shower, it's made from synthetic hair, so they can be washed.

she says in another vid that she just focuses on the parts of her real hair that are exposed, and not to use conditioner, as that makes the hair slippery and dreads start sliding out.
