"whoa," this is the best music video i have ever seen and I mean it the way you have the background sounds just under the music it brings a whole new feeling to the video and a new meaning to the song as well the only thing i would change would be I would fade back to a single clip a lot like the close up of the chief's face at 1:43 to show that he is remembering his lost comrades and his previous battles

The war lasted approximately 30 years and ended in 2552 (The destruction of the ark and the replacement from installation 004 (Halo from the first game) where the flood and prophets were eliminated. Some of the species of the covenant were still fighting but against each other rather than humanity (They were still firing at us, but we were not their main target). In 2552, John was 41.

Hey... i've only just noticed the face at 2:46. I'm not sure if its a face or the landscape. (AFTER LOOKING FOR A WHILE) its the landscape. See how the left eye stays left behind slightly while the face turns. He couldn't have half of his skin burned and weird with no pupils and a 2D flat nose.
