Hi there and sorry about the delay. If she hasn't ever had pain-free sex in any situation I think she might need to see a specialist pelvic floor physiotherapist. She will be assessed for physical tension and get coaching in how to relax her pelvic floor. she may also be given dilators . Good luck. Dr Jan
