  • Doing this will not get rid of love handles directly.lol. You cannot choose where your body you will burn fat by targeting certain areas with exercises. Crunches don't burn belly fat and kick backs dont burn arm fat. Your genetics decide from where fat will be taken for energy. Intense exercise along with good nutrition burns fat. Do more than you chew fattys

  • @STLBOY888 Crunches work yes. They strengthen your abdominal muscles. If you do enough of them you could burn a lot of calories. If you use more calories than you eat you loose body fat. Where the fat is taken from is decided by body type and genetics. For example you could do a thousand crunches a day and loose arm fat or a thousand push ups and loose fat off your ass. Muscles and fat work completely separately. Look up the SPOT REDUCTION MYTH HOMIE ;)

  • This will work out your obliques, the muscles at the side of your belly BUT I'm pretty sure it won't be enough, even if those muscles help burn the fat, a lot of cardio is needed.

  • @brostomper actually this is a great exercise for the abs.. it works all the different muscles in your core, internal and external obliques and transverse abdominis.. just dont do it with heavy weights or it can be straining.

  • @carlosjtown not the way his doing it... if u want to hit the obliques you would lower the machine down a bit.. take a step to the left/right and keeping tension the whole time swing like if u playing baseball never rest on each rep like this guy is doing..
