Mario dominated when clutching and grabbing was the norm. Check out his highlights, many of his great goals were when he had plugs hanging off of him. Malkin will only ever be "shades of Mario", but never be as good.

um... Mario is a guy that could score 5 goals a game on many occasions and is often considered the best forward ever in the NHL by many. His only problem was severe back problems and cancer which he overcame and was still dominate in the NHL for many years.
