To supercharge the infrastructure idea require all products (steel, cement, etc) be made by American workers. Speaking of infrastructure, if we would have spent the 4 trillion on our infrastructure instead of giving it to the fear hawks, we'd be living like the Jetsons by now. And that's too bad cause that would be cool.
