Haha! never watched the Russian version of original Top Gear (BBC), but this is far too funny. It's actually for kids! The Russian Stig is really slow. The UK's original is based on English humor, which take ages to understand for Russian people. But I love it most. Always watch it on BBC and Dave channel. But for Russian producers it was a good effort. Still not the same thow.

For all those who keep mocking The Russian top gear (or German TG, Australia TG etc) they are under strict contract from BBC to keep it his way. Every country had the right to pay and make their own or pay to watch the UK TG. Three country's so far have made their own (the other 53 like the UK Top Gear enough not to bother). USA all most made their own but found after an extensive survey the public liked the Brit Humour more and pulled out after a year in pre production.

You may have missed the fact that the original top gear also shows ridiculous results of races? It was never a program about fair comparisons!

My only critique would be that the acting is a bit stupid, but this is the first show, maybe it gets better in time.
