It's built into Urban Terror. During a demo playback, you bring up the console and type in /video to start recording and /stopvideo to stop recording. The video is placed in the Urban Terror program files in a folder called 'video'.

it should be in the Urban Terror program files folder, plus it is withing the q3ut4 folder withing the urban terror folder. You may have to create a video first before a folder appears. Hope this helps. Good luck.

u can jsut press f12 to start and stop recording

When you go into the q3ut4 folder look at the top of the window if its vista there is a compatibility files button, click it and the other files and folders will show up.
