  • This is Cyril Hitz, award-winning baker from Johnson & Wales culinary program, demonstrating an unusual idea for bread dough sculpture. He rolled out a thin piece of bread dough and then silkscreened the King Arthur Flour logo on the sheet of dough. He then molded it to resemble a piece of parchment and draped it over a large loaf of bread. You can see the finished product in the video. Thanks for asking.
