The movie may appear to be good, but is not worth paying a cinema ticket to watch. This is because you already know this movie is a duplicate from the Predator 1 who featured Arnold. It could be a little different but same story, same casting, same effects, same scenarios, same boring invisible predator till half the movie. I went to a test screening of this movie. All I can say is that this was A FUCKING GOOD MOVIE!!! Adrian Brody was Fantastic!!!! All the other actors were great too {Except Topher Grace. I thought he was miscast} PROS: Great acting Awesome action scenes Interesting and well developed characters Good special effects CONS The movie slows down at parts{Mainly cause this film is more of a character study} Cringeworthy Dialogue at times. We don't see the predators until the last 20 mins.

The AVP movies had good Aliens and Predator scenes, but rarely any good human scenes, which probably crippled them. Movies like Aliens and Predator are classics because humans AND A/P were great onscreen. I've got high hopes with a diverse cast and a slightly new concept like this.

Hope the movie is great and R rated. For now though, love some the homage they're paying to the first Predator movie. The black ops woman Isabelle is like a combat-ready Anna, Noland (Fishburne) is like Mac, the African soldier like Dillon (died similarly), Russian mini-gun solider would be Blain, Hanzo the Yakuza would be like Billy, and with no Arnold, Adrian Brody is almost like Poncho if he had to lead.
