  • Get that bush bastard in a courtroom! IT'S TIME FOR THESE MURDERERS, TRAITORS, AND WAR CRIMINALS TO PAY FOR 9/11!!

  • Anybody who is on first name terms with Alan-repeatedly-justifying-the-systematic-murder-and-genocide-of-civilians-Dershowitz should take a good hard look at themselves.

What did the man say: "there is no prosecuter I would fear more if I were guilty, than Vince" - Guess what You Are Guilty; Soooooooo Guilty

  • the NEO-CON israel-firsters coaxed bush, he was that stupid, in a court he would be free because diminished responsibility

  • Good idea, and I hope you can somehow manage to pull it off BUT I also think you need to consider that the man you now have running our world (Obama) already has the death's of thousands on his hands, and he isn't even slowing down. So, how about putting a stop to that while you can still save lives at the hands of this mass-murderer (check the daily, unreported stat's on drone attacks alone to confirm my claims). After all, Bush is retired, so his killing spree is over.

  • the bush family, the men as Prescott, George Sr and Jr are criminals that should be tried for treason against America and humanity and those also involved with this skull & bones 322 gang will ultimately ge judged by our divine creator for the evil and megadeath they have caused!

  • the bush family, the men as Pescott, George Sr and Jr are criminals that should be tried for treason against America and humanity and those also involved with this skull & bones 322 gang will ultimately ge judged by our divine creator for the evil and megadeath they have caused!

  • God Bless you for posting this....Bush will have to stand before God and answer for his murders.

  • Any president can be arrested at any time, same as any of the other 100,000 corrupt govt employees arrested and convicted for their crimes. That's why Richard Nixon resigned, to try to avoid arrest for treason for the murder of president JFK in Operation Northwoods.

  • This guy is a conspiracy theorists dream come true! The theatrical music is terrific though! Can a President be prosecuted for actions while in office in regards to war, the answer is, NO! Ask a constitutional attorney! As for the x-solider that said he took out his aggression on innocent people while on patrol, that goes to his character or the lack of it, not the President.

  • Thanks for the comment. What is the conspiracy? Is anyone above the law? President or anyone else? Lets go with the facts.

I think it is a bit early to judge. Barack Obama studied law and hasn't exactly been by the Constitution. I think it is safe to say that our government has, in the present and the past, lied to the American people.

  • We can not and will not reduce the United States to that of third World nations that prosecute or jail the previous administration. If Vinney would pursue this case it would be thrown out of court in a matter of minutes and he would be considered toxic among his legal peers.

You are certainly right about obama, he has nothing but contempt for the U.S. Constitution as does most liberals because it doesn't give them the authority to create a total government dependant entitlement society.

  • You are more concern about the image of the US than justice? The US has fallen because of policies in regards to the Iraq war. I doubt that he would get far in his case.

  • As for the issue of WMD that Vinney's entire case is built on, American and British Intelligence believed that Iraq had WMD, hell... it was on the cover of The New York Times. Now I am not saying The New York Times is a credible news source but the belief was there. The U.S. did not decline in World opinion just because of the Iraq war, it historically has declined in any war the U.S. is involved in. Being seen as policing the World, so to speak has never been popular but necessary.

  • Well, that can be debatable. Bush's administration confirmed that Hussein did not have nor did he have the capability of arming Iraq with WMD before 9/11. After 9/11, it was a complete 180 from what Powell and Rice said on news media. That document stating that Iraq didn't have WMD is damning. Al Qaeda was justifiable, Saddam, wasn't.

Then you have the cases of torture. Not to mention the opposition of the American people and the international community. That wasn't agreeable to many.

  • You would have to provide proof of your contention that the Bush administration confirmed this before 9/11, I recall the document being released with great hesitation 8 months after 9/11.

You are referring to the 3 terrorist that were water-boarded? Tell me the truth, how much sleep do you loose at night because 3 terrorists were water-boarded, my guess is none? Do you have any idea of how our enemies have tortured U.S. soldiers going back decades, in time of war, those who lived?

  • I am pretty sure that more than three people were tortured. Not to mention those who died while interrogated. You can't say that the pictures of Abu Grahib, Guantanamo and Basra(sp?) was something the American people, the world, wanted to see how prisoners were treated.

Rice and Powell were on national tv news affirming the country that Iraq posed no threat to the US, well before 9/11. The document was released as they were making their case to go to war. So, yes, post 9/11.

  • If in fact Vince is correct in his statements, how does the war look? 3,000+ soldiers dead and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis dead, because of a lie? When in fact Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11? If the US is to preach about justice and democracy, it cannot allow something like this to go unchecked. President or not, no one is suppose to be above the law. Not too mention North Korea, had nuclear weapons, was more of a threat than Iraq whom didn't have a legitimate army.

  • Just to be sure I checked on the government website archives and the document you are referring to was released eight months after 9/11, in May of 2002. There is a lot of speculation and false information on the Internet and in the liberal media archives as well. I have even seen a interview with C. Rice that I think you are recalling that aired May 2002 and was falsely dated online and the true date is clearly visible on the program. So the debate on this issue is over for me.

  • last week 23 Americans were convicted for war crimes in italy for kidnapping as instructed by CIA. No one hire up was implicated, just those on the ground! Dick cheney says "I dont recall" and is walking around free. i dont know how Bush and cheney and the rest of the admin sleep at night.

  • What do weapons of mass destruction include...?

  • Let me guess...chemical weapons we supplied Saddam Hussein. That isn't the "mushroom cloud" WMD that they led us to believe to go to war.

I doubt that Bugliosi would get very far.

  • It's amazing how great music and lighting can promote so well a Liberal effort to create something from nothing....
