Of course the fair tax would eliminate the IRS. The only tax would be the sales tax. So there would be no need for the IRS to come and see that you've paid revenue taxes becausde it would be against the law to charge revenue taxes. Huckabee stated on air that his state was dangerously dry on funding to the point that it would stop operating.
