Hey does the cosmic guide affect your file kind of like in Super Mario Bros. wii, if you use the luigi guide after dying 8 times, when finished with the game, you wont get that star that shines on your file in the home screen? I aint finished yet, but soon will, n i wanna know

I have the game and I had finally finished it! Well, not really... I did complete the Ultimate Test challenge that is the last galaxy and got the Power Star, but the Cosmic Medal I collected... the Ultimate Test galaxy's comet did not appeared.
