I've just tried it there, I cant hear the video very well and i am confused as to what to do at the phone?

when you see the phone you have to look at it hit x and hold it for a second hit x again and hold it for a second keep doing that first you'll hear a dial tone then you'll hear it dialing then keeping doing it and then you'll here a zombie talking to you and then Bleep Bloop

yea just go up to it hit x (for xbox 360) square (PS3) and then hit it again then you should here a dial tone hit it again and then again and then again really simple. you have to hold it for like a second and then just keep pressing it
