Wow...you look amazing!....I know it may see difficult to work out but you'll lose faster and increase the odds of you keeping it off. By the was going to the gym and getting over the anxiety of what others may think will feel like an accomplishment within itself. Trust me I've been there and it also makes you feel good when people at the gym notice the difference I've had very heartfelt comments from people who have seen me at my biggest 448lbs. But as for you you look beautiful.

at my heaviest i did pool exercise until i was able to walk n do treadmill or stationary bike=)...

I'm exactly 5 months post op today!! I remember you and I had our surgeries the same week :) I totally know what you're going through by the way....weight loss has slowed down LOADS. For the past two weeks I didn't lose any weight, then last week I lost 7lbs and this week lost nothing yet again!!! ARGGG!!! I'm only 72lbs down since day of surgery and 100lbs since heighest weight...wish I lost lots like you!! P.S I'm crap at Zumba! My co-ordination is terrible lol but I dance to Just Dance 2/3 xx
