  • slow start, I almost gave up watching, but it picked up. Not bad, I especially like your incorporation of various weave transitions.

  • @charcoaljohnson I see you did not read the description 8)

  • shit cunt!!!!!!!

  • you have nice moves but I don't think you would do to well in combat. Unless you know more then you are showing in the vid

  • Skillful and beautiful!

  • Thank you

  • SO NICE!THANKS!

  • Thanks for watching

  • i know you are a master smiply cos most twats dont think that you can aply one with the other nice work by the way

  • Thanks,but i'm not master,nobody can truely master Nunchaku,only get better.

  • simply fantastic this is exactly the stuff i want to learn with chucks. i love poi moves with chucks. You are so fluid with it id really like to see you perform with glowchucks.

  • i've done glow poi on the beach before, but the ships out at sea must have been confused,i stopped because somebody called Coastguard.glow chucks, i'm .leaning more to fire, love fire.

    Thanks for your comment mate

  • It is interesting~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  • Thank you

  • Can't believe, my comments don't appear. Only hours after you've been uploading your 2 new vids, i left comments on both. Ok, i'll give it another try:

You are a inspiration to me, Dave. I like the wristrolls on those corkscrews a lot. You make it look easy. Already checked some of your very cool moves out. Thanks for sharing and especially the extra slow demonstation. Keep it up, m8

  • Thanks Irv.I need more work on the Corkscrew. On the bottom part of the move,my RH should cross over the top of my LH and then under.I can do this but not very well.

    Keep up the Poi flow.

    Dave

  • Just like to make a correction,I meant, Corkscrew with double off timed handrolls at the top and bottom..

  • sweet as

  • thank-you..your comment means a lot.if i had your skills i would be complete

  • poi... whatever.. its just movement...

learn how the body works and its all the same.

Swords, chain whips, poi... just extensions of the body.. and you can only coil up on yourself in certain ways.. Certainly nice performance though.

I learned poi from Chinese double saber tech. Check out my video. ;) first time spinning real poi.

  • Why are you telling me something i already know?

I could not find your spinning real poi video,BTW what do you mean by real Poi?

Now be honest with your self

  • what do I mean by real poi?

the video I uploaded was the first time I was spinning them on fire...

I suppose I meant they wernt plastic glowing balls

  • Not that old Chestnut

  • im curious why your calling it poi?

movement is movement.. Why does it have to be Nunchakus with non traditional Poi movement? Why cant the "poi" principles just be principles, and not label just "poi moves" you using nunchakus... wouldnt that make them Nunchaku spins? I mean cmon..

Thats like me spinning swords saying im spinning poi.. im only spinning poi If I have.

Not trying to bust your balls...

  • Mate.Your not busting my balls Firstly where did i say non -traditional Poi

Running is a movement,Walking is a movement ,but they are two different styles of movements.

Are you saying the movements of a snooker player are the same as a cricket player

  • lol.. running is running... your absolutely right! the title says non-traditional poi moves..

    0.o

  • Read the title again, and tell me what it says.

  • wtf??? how did I read that backwards?!

  • lol sorry dude, whats this song anyways?

I know ive heard it before.

  • Kingston town by UB40,an old tune too.

  • ub40?! i was thinking Jah Cure.. wow.. I was way off..

  • You may also be surprised the lead singer is white

  • excellent video.... those Poi moves look cool, I'm gonna have try those sometime.*****

  • Thanks.

Best to use sock Poi first, easy to make and easy on the elbows and head.

    Dave

  • hi man i did not say you can not fight

one is for show, another is for protecting yourself .Moreover, keep your body fit.

  • Yes,i would agree with that.

    Peace

    Dave

  • my friend as ever its fantastic, i have been working on this movements as you recommended me, thanks for the video and continue the good work

  • Thanks for your comment,These are good fun movements that help co-ordination,work your brain, and if you breathe correctly give you. a great feeling of well-being.

    Keep on flowing.

    Dave

  • that is a genuine moves bro! added to favs!

  • THanks mate8)

  • if you can not use nunchaku to fight that is nothing, your rope is too short!

Anyway this video is good ,

    especailly the music!

  • The type of Nunchaku i'm using are traditional solid White Oak octagonal Okinawan(not wind chimes),maybe the rods are a inch shorter. But the length of the cord is correct(width of the palm).

Some may argue Nunchaku originated in China, but the Okinawans perfected them.

Who in this day fights with Nunchaku that are not foamies.

  • i agree

  • Thank you

  • My friend I don't won't to be disrespectful,we may have had translation problem here.I love chinese culture. And I'm passionate when it comes to nunchaku

  • five stars

  • Thanks Iwona

  • Fav'ed *****

  • THanks Rick
