He was courteous, asking me for my license and proof of insurance and went to his car. He came back and asked me "ma'am, have U been drinking?" I replied, "yes sir, I have." Going 1 vs 1 on a guy the same size weight is different. 3) displaying one and pulling it out and pointing it are 2 different things. Your example the lady pulls it out. You should also read the other one like the guy swinging a garden hose during a fight got shot and the shooter was convicted because a hose is not deadly force.

We are just seeing more incidents like this because of the proliferation of the video camera and the number of police and population as well.

Courts have ruled that even if your rights are violated you dont have the right to resist arrest or try to harm anyone. Thats what the court system is for, otherwise all your charges would automatically be true and you'd be sentanced without a trial or a lawyer. He was courteous, asking me for my license and proof of insurance and went to his car. He came back and asked me "ma'am, have U been drinking?" I replied, "yes sir, I have." @MrRello0202 1) the cop didn't use deadly force 2) a 2 vs 1 fight is more dangerous to the person outnumbered so it is alot easier to be in fear of your life. Going 1 vs 1 on a guy the same size weight is different. 3) displaying one and pulling it out and pointing it are 2 different things. Your example the lady pulls it out. You should also read the other one like the guy swinging a garden hose during a fight got shot and the shooter was convicted because a hose is not deadly force.

Courts have ruled that even if your rights are violated you dont have the right to resist arrest or try to harm anyone. Thats what the court system is for, otherwise all your charges would automatically be true and you'd be sentanced without a trial or a lawyer. I got detentions for three weeks for threatening to beat up a classmate when he called me gay.
I was in third grade.
This is a 30-40 year old police officer, with obvious authority, carrying a gun, threatening people that he will shoot them in the head, ten times, for a traffic violation. And doesnt even get a fucking slap on the wrist.

How can you have PTSD when the behavior was demonstrated BEFORE the alleged traumatic event? I smell bullshit. This guy not only needs to fired ( and it has been done) He also needs to be barred from any job where he has the power over someone else. She should be blackballed and the union should keep tabs on him. And to the officers that donated sick days to this "person" when his paid sick leave ran out.. they should be fired as well.
