The truth is, there's millions of staving people on this planet, being optimistic is a slap in the face to them. "I woke up this morning"; there were starving children living in Malawi, genocide in Rwanda, and kids huffing glue to deal with hunger pains.
Paying for a shrink to hear all your bullshit gets you no where. Give it to charity, to make this world a better place. And you'll feel better.
