@StadiumArcadium1234 I listened to their album and didn't like it so one of my friends told me to go watch this filmclip, that is why I'm here, that is why I'm disappointed. Galleons might be fantastic guys, they might be technical masters but they have a poor sense of continuity and flow within their music, it feels forced and contrived. What's more, the filmclip adheres to every tired stereotype in metal. As a member of our amazing species, I demand more.

Great stuff! This band is displaying so many different things in the music. Not only just a technical side, just a great aesthetic for the music itself. Its a shame its only 3 minutes long! I got a chance to talk to these guys through their Facebook page, very friendly guys! these guys could definately be good, if they got rid of the last minute or so of the song, and worked on their overall song writing some more. IMO theres no point in writing techincal songs if they arent fun to listen to.

@againstthecurse yes no need to argue. but i personally believe the song was put together very well. i like the spastic unforeseen changes and unpredictability and that's just the style of the band if you listen to any of their songs it's like that. i'm pretty sure everything you hear in this song is intended. i like that it is not structured in a generic fashion and is all over the place. that's where our tastes part ways i guess.

Great stuff! This band is displaying so many different things in the music. Not only just a technical side, just a great aesthetic for the music itself. Its a shame its only 3 minutes long! these guys could definately be good, if they got rid of the last minute or so of the song, and worked on their overall song writing some more. IMO theres no point in writing techincal songs if they arent fun to listen to.
plenty of bands accomplish this (dillinger escape plan, sikth, arusha accord, protest the hero etc. etc. )
