there is some misinformation being spread by the turkish govt in regards to opium poppies. By no means is the only way to produce opium or as they call it the milk by lancing the pod. Poppy pod tea is made by grinding dried pods and letting them sit and steep is warm water for a good hour. This works because opium alkaloids are water soluble. If you take the ammount of pods and water used to make 1tea and multiply it several times then simply slowly evaporate the tea you get opium gum..
@NoChokeToke another way i`ve heard about is using pinapple juice or somethig slightly acidic i`ve done it my self and it works really good if you have any other tips could you please tell me and i`ll share what i know with you cheers mate
