I've seen Sevendust play about 10 times dating back to '98. The only time i've noticed any kind of taped portion of a song is intros to TOAB and Inside. Also the begining of Black while Sonny was playing in the band. As far as the Woodstock thing, sometimes you see on tv...even on the news, the audio doen't match up to the persons lips, some people call that A DELAY!

The audio through is in sync totally except for the one spot where no one in the band was singing but you could hear lajon clearly. I gotta hand it to Witherspoon, he is without a doubt one of the best BEST rock vocalists out there. The soul met with intensity is just overwhelmingly awesome. A true rock vocalist.

This was apparent on a tour they did a couple years ago, where there was a back track on 'Praise'. I've no problem with it, it's hard to play drums and cream you nuts out every night. Actually, most Sevendust hold Animosity the closest to their hearts. (Me being one of them.) I agree Clint is an amazing songwriter, and that it hasn't been the same without him. However, none of us can deny they have been writing some pretty strong material without him... Hero, Ugly, Driven, Abuse Me, Sleeper, etc.

gotta say...I love Sevendust...the first 2 cds kicked balls and ass....but after that...with the exception of a couple songs per disc...it seems they fell into a routine of how they right there songs...most of the songs follow the same basic layout...heavy crunchy verses and break downs with the melodic chord strumming choruses...almost like they ran out of creative ideas...don't know...maybe its just me

the bass drum when i went and saw them in concert was calibrated so that when he hit it, it literally made your heart skip a beat. it was nuts

I couldn't agree more. I don't understand why animosity and seasons got canned from all these so called sevendust fans. Those two albums are just incredible. I still do this day , listen to them almost daily. Even the accustic album was great. With Sonny they are still awesome, but it Hasn't been the same without Clint. He was and is a awesome song writer.

Yes and I noticed that him and Todd Whitner formally or Tantric are buddies but unfotunetely don't collaborate for some reason. Wouldn't that be a great project.
I love 7d and still support them however, DND is a great project, I wish Clint would give more time to it instead of going out oon the road with Korn. Korn SCHMORN LOL. not a big fan.

Actually, most Sevendust hold Animosity the closest to their hearts. (Me being one of them.) I agree Clint is an amazing songwriter, and that it hasn't been the same without him. However, none of us can deny they have been writing some pretty strong material without him... Hero, Ugly, Driven, Abuse Me, Sleeper, etc.

Animosity is my all time favorite cd, but how come they never play hardly anything from that album? They need to play "shine, damaged, live again, beautiful, dead set. I've give them props they do play "trust" live. I guess it borthers me that nobody likes seasons. To me , songs like "broken down, gone , burned out, seperate etc- All are amazing songs. The song "abuse me" did they ever release that song offically?

I was personally disappointed with their newest album...felt kinda forced. Different from what they normally do. The vast majority of their stuff pwns face...but I can only think of one or two songs on the new album I like.

At first I didn't care for the new album but now I love it! I think at first its hard to get used to it also its about familiarity of songs so eventually you will know them and it will catch on..or not in some cases. Anyway for me its official, Sevendust is my favorite rock band. I'm always singing their songs from time to time. They know how to ROCK THIS SHIT!!

gotta say...I love Sevendust...the first 2 cds kicked balls and ass....but after that...with the exception of a couple songs per disc...it seems they fell into a routine of how they right there songs...most of the songs follow the same basic layout...heavy crunchy verses and break downs with the melodic chord strumming choruses...almost like they ran out of creative ideas...don't know...maybe its just me
