  • Well done, this is not easy, you are much higher than my video and it was hard for me to see my plane in my video. A pleasure to watch, thank you.

  • I screwed up with my plane good to see you got yours back very nice footage to.

  • RY:

At first I thought this video was talking about Horton Hears a Who and 9/11.

  • god jul

  • anh noi chuyen voi' lam` anh son ko na`,, anh son tren mang na`

  • That was REALLY cool!

    NYC ...

    Love it!

I can't believe how high you were and kudos for thinking of the real air-traffic too.

There is a lot of it over the river as you probably know.

    Cheers from the Nevada Desert.

    Paul

  • Yeah was stupid to fly that plane -lack of experience, cheap radio, nose heavy, lot of up trim elevons and flex in the wing. I lost it in the river, Amen !

  • yeaaaah!

    Urbaan Flight!

  • Gabriel2584,I am realy imprest of your work! My FPV is stil in the box it's f..n' scary, but very soon Ill join the family B-)

  • Fantastic! Best aerial footage I have seen. You must be real brave to fly over the city :)

  • Thanks, tryng my best ;)

  • Great stuff.. I just know you want to cross the river... ;

Hope to see more good stuff..!

  • Oh.. If you could please share what equipment you are using camera/radio and how it has been working or not.. Folks will appreciate the info as this part of the hobby grows..

  • this is not FPV! the camcorder is Flicamone2 from hobby-lobby:)

  • Wow perfect! unbeliveable high altitude :) i wonder how to fly those wings so high, where they appear as small dot on the sky. I have also wing with 1,3m wing span but never flew so high. Look my vid FPV deltawing, yep i realized its not realy FPV - its only taped camera, but still its first person view :)

  • Crosing the river is not big deal, but I want to stay away of helicopter traffic.

    SAFETY FURST!

  • Wow...72 inch...i thought my 48 reaper was big. What motor will you be using on it? Keep me posted when the vid comes out please.

    thanks for the info

  • I have one Himax 2825 2700mv inrunner rated for 400W, or the similar and cheaper Ammo 2845 2700 will fit perfect. They drow 30-40 amps on 11.1V and APC 6x4 propeller. I'll try to build it less than 50oz.. Biger wings are iasyer to fly and perfect for FPV gear. Filming the flight is great satisfaction, but to fly like you are in side the cockpit will be.. !!!!

  • Excellent height you got. I cant seem to get mine that high...not because it wont, but i lose site of it...lol..how do you see it when its so high up like that???

  • Larger wing make big diference. This one was 61" and I lost it in the river one week after this video:(

That day was realy windly..but I blame the cheep radio. I'll never use the 3CH 72mhz sinle conv. radio for high fl. Trust only my Futaba 6EX 2.4GHZ!

However, Jeff McClain cut new 72" wing for me($85)all 1.3 EPP for my next project - FPV.

I'll recomend you- try Zagi 60"

    Chears!
