your posterior deltoids. theres an insain exercise i do fot them i dont know the name for it tho. i just call it the front lifts. your in bent over rowe position but u lift strait out ahead of you. its excillent for your p-delts. as for lats do weighted pull ups. belt chain and about 25-40kg on the chain. lift wit biceps then all the way.
