  • 4000 cals, wow. Remember keep working out, you will need to or your body will get used to taking all those calories and it's hard to get back down to around 2000. I'm sure you know already though.

  • your posterior deltoids. theres an insain exercise i do fot them i dont know the name for it tho. i just call it the front lifts. your in bent over rowe position but u lift strait out ahead of you. its excillent for your p-delts. as for lats do weighted pull ups. belt chain and about 25-40kg on the chain. lift wit biceps then all the way.

  • dude if i could ever get as big as you are in this vid i would be a very very happy chappy, but i cant seem to eat enough calories, i cram 3000 a day, and im only small so its pretty hard to eat that amount, do you have any tips for being able to eat more?

  • Great foundation ! Chinups will be your friend slow reps to get your lats and never neglect the wheels. Legs are the thing now in competitions !!!
