He is an ok ref. His games certainly do flow well but he does make alot of mistakes as do most refs. He also doesn't talk to players with much respect comapred to guys like Gavin Badger. Shane Hayne is the best ref though.

@loveshallshine ill eat my hat the day he refs a game where he doesnt favour a team.... ive seen it way too many times where one team will get panalised for something while the other team will do the same thing and wont be penalised....
@circusgal44 The refs are only human though. I agree that they make some bad calls but its just what they see. We see it in hindsight but they are out there. It's a lot harder to judge something that quickly.

@loveshallshine well i have no problem with flowing games but when refs cant call a simple forward pass that is so obvious... and his game lacks alot of consistency.. hell call up one team for a penalty and then the other other team will do the same thing however no penalty? that is my main issue with him... and he does favour teams... and yes i am a roosters fan but ive watched a fair few games with completely different teams and yes i believe he is still lacking alot of consistency and it is
always going towards the one teams way... ever since the second ref was brought onto the field the reffing has gone downhill... should just be one ref the linesmen and the video ref.. who is used in all cases where there is a second thought on what happened
