Because it's only behind the wire for a split second, and the fact that the light intensity is high it appears to move in front of the wire.

I guess you was a little excited when shooting this light object in the sky,from my own experiences I know it is very difficult,if not impossible to get a steady footage especially when using the zoom on the camcorder

However a very interesting shoot - keep your eyes open and a tripod ready...you never know next time this may appear again..

It was recorded on a digital camera that doesn't allow you to record for very long.

@adamnewton23 It looks real with the entire hull of the spaceship lit up.Just like the one I saw from 35 feet away that was 50 yards in length and sat 6 inches from the roof of my house for longer then ten minutes.I also have video of the president of the united states admitting live at a white house press conference to alien spaceships.I have the video and alot more at alienspaceshipidentified google search engine.
