  • I don't know why anyone would follow a nutrition program that isn't customized to their body type. Anyone who wants to lose weight should be following the "Fat Loss Customized" program..

    People are making nutrition and losing weight much more confusing than it should be. I think that program is the only one that targets the nutrition plans specifically to YOU.

  • I know Im a woman so maybe i don't understand, but why are people saying shes ugly? I don';t see it! She kind of has nice bone structure. Kind of masculine, slightly, but not too bad. With her hair done she would look pretty!

  • @that1epicguy Well you will make someone a very happy wife some day.....and dont pay any attention to the haters. The best way to tell if you are destined for a higher purpose is when most others don't really get you ...most people are just hawks, bu there are only a few eagles...stay an eagle and keep flying high above those hawks...and remember, the grand eagle reaches much greater heights, but he flies solo.. hawks are social and need each other's approval!

  • God this girl is so useless. She says the same thing in every video. Eat fruits and vegetable, don't eat high preservative food, eat nuts. Ok anyone who is not a fat stupid hog already knows that processed foods are bad and that their are good and bad fats. What she needs to do is go into detail about a good balanced meal plan or how to create one the promotes healthy weight loss.

  • @DaisyDuke898 how much u working out? u need a caloric defecit to lose weight so u need to workout in order for that to happen. its been 3 weeks since ur post how much weight did u lose?

  • maybe she is just explaining things to people who need to understand bananas are only for breakfast - how many are eating bananas all day long??? :)))))) ... and that diet is intended for the long term, not for the next day: 20 pounds in 3 weeks is irrealistic AND sick, she is right there!

  • i lost 10lbs in one week straight tuna with light mayo no cheese lots of H2O lots of weight training and cardio fruits a veggies its easy after you break the bad habbits

  • i eat only fish now. and i can feel and see a difference in my arms. they feel tighter and the muscle is much stronger. i felt and seen this difference in about a week or two. i can't believe it happened so quickly.
