@WaltDisneyKanal I don't know for sure what year it was released any more. But the copyright on the opening titles says MCMXLIX which is the Roman numerals for 1949.

@WaltDisneyKanal @ 0:04 in the bottom left corner the screen reads "COPYRIGHT MCMXLIX". MCMXLIX is the Roman numerals for 1949. However as most sources do state 1952 as the release date, it may have merely been made in 1949 and published 3 years later, although it seems more likely that Wikipedia may be misinformed.

@Volcanic9 No, it's very often on these Goofy cartoons that the Roman numeral isn't the release date. That, or Walt Disney Treasures and a lot of sites about cartoons are wrong.
