1)Hold the squar button, then press one time down and up, then diagonal up+front and press 2 times x+o together the 2 kicks. That's the charge for the legs.

you can only do the uppercut just frame in tekken 6 because i am trying to do the hell axle just frame (the one where he does the two kicks after the uppercut) and he doesnt seem to have it anymore...
For the blue smoke attacks, you have to do a delayed cd+1 (a longer crouch dash followed by 1) and then hit d,U while holding down the 1, followed by either d/f+1 for the second uppercut or u+3,4 for the dragon axle kicks. It's complicated, but doable...
I love Heihachi's juggles, short and very effective! My favorite is at 0:32.
