  • I use to hate these commercials when I was a kid.. Now I am looking them up. Go Figure.. lol

  • Ahhh man disney afternoon made me hurry from school

  • good times

  • Oh my gawd, I wish time travel was an option to us, but once it's invented, the price to use would be high, then we'd have to wait 20 or so years till we could afford it. Oh well, I guess other 13 year old and I will have to weight till we're 42 to go back to 1992 :(

  • @ChrisSmithVideosTV Wow, todays TV is really making me a total retard O_O I blame the economy =_=

  • OMG THE RESCUERS. I SOOOOOO MISS THAT MOVIE. nerf blastamatic. what a stupid toy. i remember those binoculars with the pictures. i used love them. a classic toy. the cabbage patch kids used to freak me out when i was little.

  • It is hard to believe that this is over 21 years old. I remember watching these shows and commercials as a kid.

  • i khow its disney

  • I remember seeing bits of Robot Jox when I was younger. I have tried for years now to remember the name of the movie so that I might see it again (I'm sure it's horrible which is why I wanna see it). I'm so glad I stumbled across this youtube video. Thank you.

  • @zandro1203, in the back? that must be big! i never got my toys "in the back", it always was "off the shelf"

  • build a time machine, please! disney afternoon, here we come!

  • Oh man i grew up in the 80's/early 90's! i watched Disney Afternoon religiously with Tiny Toons every after school and i was 9 that year these came out. I saw Home Alone 3 times in theaters and Rescuers Down Under 3 times as well, and i had that GI Joe toy.

  • Damn! I remember I wanted that GI Joe General toy so bad for Christmas that year.

  • I have an Hawaiian Punch T-Shirt 83

  • @ChristopherSmith2010 YEAH AND IT's AWESOME! :}

  • I think i remember but the 90's were great!!!!!

  • 10% fruit juice. Thats crap LOL

  • talespin rocks wahooooooooooooooo staticaroooooooooooooooo

  • is this from fox 6 out of San Diego. @ 4:23 I thought above the six I saw an X which would make it XETV 6 back when it was fox !

  • Man, I'm 12 and I just realized something, the cartoons and shows we have now are SHIT!

  • @ChristopherSmith2010 Now I'm 13 and I still believe we have shitty cartoons and shows.

  • I remember hearing this narrator in everything disney

  • my friend has an axl skate bike, we found it in his garage one day and almost died trying to ride it.

  • lol, this takes me back to where life as I know it began, my mom and dad split up and we were living with my cousin. And of course disney afternoon was always on the days schedule. In fact this was probly right when I started pre-school. Oh the nostalgia.

  • I was born in 1982 and had the best childhood a kid could ask for. So many memories come back when watching this stuff. I remember watching Robot Jox in after school daycare once.

  • THIS is what is missing from TV now-a-days. Kids don't know what they're missing.

  • im so freekin lucky that i was born in 81', because i witnessed so much from the decade i could just be justified by saying "Radical, Dude!".

  • wow i used to see tale spin when i was a kid and mickey master view looks like lots of fun so is chip and dell rescue rangers

  • people i am 13 years old born in 1997 and i have to tell you almost every fucking night i wish i was born in 1982 so i could live to see the 1990's also

homealone is the best fucking movie ever!!! i swear!

  • Cartoons aren't as memorable as they were in the past. I swear I loved being a kid during the 80's and early 90's. I'm 27 now and I still remember looking at these commercials

  • why did Jesse Ventura call Randy Savage "The Macho King"... more than once if im not mistaken. I don't recall him ever being called the macho KING!

  • @PenfoldProduct2007 There was a short period when he did go by the "Macho King" I think he won a King of the Ring tourney, and declared himself "King of the WWF" I remember he used it until his match against the Warrior at WM 7 =D

  • "The fruit snack that goes fast"

    Damn, that's clever!

  • love that little three beat thing at the end of the disney afternoon bumper. seems more modern than 1990.

    why does tv suck now?

    RIP Good Televison 1989-1997

  • 8:11 great lucky charms commercial!

  • Comment removed

  • haha oh memories

  • I remember getting Tailspin and Rescue Rangers figurines in my cereal. Kids today are getting jipped. On the other hand, kids today aren't forced to wear stonewashed, scrunchy-waisted jeans with neon colored shirts, so I guess that's something for them to be happy about.

  • This was the video I was looking for. I love watching Baloo get zapped by that dangerous jewel.

  • oh Talespin i remember me the movie with some Clocks can some tel me the title?

may i can find it on a website?

  • I had the general!!!!!!!!!!!

  • AHHHHHHH I FUCKIN HAD THAT RING!!!

  • OMG ROBOT JOX!! id never heard of that till just now... good old advertising... hit me almost 20 years later lol

  • imagine how much of those nerf 3 ball cannon they would sell now and days lol how techonology has changed =(

  • I just noticed. They weren't chasing after Lucky the Leprechaun. It just goes to show that all you can learn from 2009 is how to hate those who are different. What happened to TV lol?

  • channle 9 in california

  • god damn memories

  • dude do you know know where i can find a time machine??

  • if i did i wouldent tell anyone lol

  • u can just tell me ha

  • @jdog34505 if you find it let me know...

  • @pink1222 will do

  • @jdog34505 I Believe There Are Some Time Machines In Russia But They Won't Be Available In The US

  • tail spin rocks still my fav

  • Talespin! I think I'm gonna cry now :'(!

  • I remember the G.I. Joe General costing around $100 and it wasn't on the shelf with all the others, in Toys'R"Us you had to get a ticket so they can get it from the stockroom in the back

  • I always wanted one of those AXL skatebikes.

    I could probably make one...

    TO THE HARDWARE STORE!

  • Cody Lambert was right there really is a McDonald on Saturn! LOL

  • i still have the rescuers christmas ornaments from mcdonalds

  • things were so simple back then.. OMG.. THUNDER JETS.. I REMEMBER EATING THOSE..

  • I had forgotten all about those!

Cool fighter jets+fruit flavored candy - how could you go wrong!

As I recall, they tasted rather good too. Better than gummy bears. A shame they didn't last long.

Anyone remember Bonkers candy? (Completely unrelated to the Disney cartoon.)

  • Yes! I remember Bonkers before I got into Starbursts. Wasn't Bonkers the candy that had a different flavored core then the flavor on the outside?

  • Precisely.

Starbursts were okay, but my favorites have always been Nerds, Runts, Bonkers, and Smarties.

  • OPERATION! I'm the doctor for you!

  • I just took a trip into my childhood. Wow....

    Thanks for posting.

  • Very nostalgic..thanks Reigi. Kids these days will never experience good cartooning in morns/afternoons anymore like back in the day..NEVER... and Tale Spin is awesome! OH YE AYEEE, OH YEE OHHHH BA BA BA DUMP BE DUMP lmao

  • Last Christmas I finally bought the 1st two Home Alone movies.

That Tale Spin theme was catchy.

  • the rescuers down under was the best fuckin movie ever. john candy is the man.

  • God, you rock for posting this! I was just thinking how awesome a compilation like this would be.

I forgot the Disney Afternoon was syndicated to other networks. Here in LA, KCAL9 was owned by Disney so the block aired on their channel. The Fox affiliate here had their own unique block.

    What a brutal choice for a 7-year kid........Fox or Disney....OUCH!!

  • I know what you mean eexot. Disney or FOX that was a tough call although its was easier when I moved to San Diego. Do you remember the KCAL KIDS show in the morning eexot?

  • Mighty Max.......Mumies Alive! Oh yeah, I remember and will never forget!

You know that reminds of another brutal choice, KCAL Kids in the morning or the KCOP 13 block in the morning. Remember that? lol

  • Oh yeah how can I forget LOL. Dont forget KTTV 11 also had good morning cartoons. In San Diego eexot it was even tougher between XETV 6, KUSI 51, and KTTY 69 LOL. I remember watching Mighty Max and Mutant League wow those great cartoons.

  • Around here it was switching between Disney Afternoon and Tiny Toons... Tiny Toons usually won out, but the rest of the time it was usually Disney Afternoon...

  • I had no idea that Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers was on Fox but back in 1990, I was only 2.

  • Thank you reiji for taking me back to my San Diego days its seemed like yesterday when I couldn't wait for school to be over so I could go straight to my room and watch cartoons. BTW reigi is PLAY COs still in business?

  • No... they closed down a while ago.

  • Sorry to hear that reigi. I used to go to PLAY COs in Chula Vista with my cousins during my 4 years in San Diego and I was shocked in 2001 when I passed there one time and seen that its became a supermarket. Ill miss PLAY COs and I may go to San Diego on Saturday and I may passed there for old times sake. Thanks for the 411 reigi. BTW do you have any PLAY COs commercials I loved there commercials.

  • Yeah about Robot Jox. I saw it a few years back on HBO. don't watch it. The new Street Fighter movie was better than that movie.

  • the axl bike was in and out faster then the pogo ball

  • and yes some cartoons today super sucks!!

  • i miss da 90s

  • what happen now day people are more worst then they were before. why?

  • Thunder Jets, I fuckin' loved those!!

  • the youth today missed out on alot but its not their fault they werent born then, where they were able to enjoy saturday morning toons on abc, nbc, cbs etc

  • ha I know I did

  • yeah, now a days most of the good stuff is gone, and i may sound childish but all the cartoons nowadays...SUCK!!!

  • I agree with you cartoons today suck!!

  • Good times^^ if i had a time machine i would go bake and relive them^^

times change and with it so do kids but I'll never forget my childhood nor the fact that, that was the best time of my life, best friends summer vacation and cartoons and of course junk food^^ but I'm still a kid in heart and I don't care what people think of me, I still like cartoons and video games.

  • what kid in 1990 didn't see this movie?

its really. I watch him in the cinemas

  • Toys were simpler back then. The Blast-a-matic? Back then shooting 3 Nerf balls without reloading was cutting edge. Nowadays everything has a microchip in it.

  • It seems like only yesterday when those mixed-up Lucky Charms were on sale!

  • I had a few of those WWF action figures. I can't name which ones since I'm not much for wrestling.

  • THUNDER JETS FRUIT SNACKS!!!!!!

I loved those damn fruit snacks LoL

I don't remember AXL Skatebike but anybody remember the Pogo-ball?

  • nerf blast a matic is hot hot hot so give it a shot

  • Was the commercial to The Rescuers Down Under at :03 shown during an episode of The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 called "Up, Up, and a Koopa/7 Continents for 7 Koopas"?

  • OOOOOO EEEEEE OOOOOOOOOOOO, tailspin

    OOOOOO EEEEEE OOOOOOOOOOOO, tailspin

    Man, take me back!

  • i miss these toons too

  • I still have my Brutus the Barber Beefcake, great to see that commercial!!

  • I actually just opened up old storage boxes, and my Talespin Happy Meal toys where sitting near the top, then i recently watched your video, i just had to take them out of storage for sake of nostalgia.

  • The Disney Afternoon rocked!, I used to get home every afternoon from school in the early 90's-mid 90's and watch KCPQ or KSTW or KTZZ and watch all the DA shows, my favorite was Darkwing Duck, I even went to Disneyland back when they had a Disney Afternoon section(how many people remember that?), after that it became Mickey's Toon Town or something like that. By the way, what station did this come from?

  • cool

  • Those Operation commercials were da bom!

  • the 90's kicked ass!

  • Damn that was alot of commercials. Good time machine moment though

  • lol that redneck guy with the monster trucks

  • When I was in kindergarten, I'd go straight to my room after school and watch the Disney Afternoon on my little black-and-white TV while playing with my toys. Sometimes I'd even watch the shows afterwards, even if I ddidn't know what the heck they were about :)

  • talespin rocks hard

  • Oh yeah,I actually had an "Oopsie Daisy" doll. I hated her!!

  • It's odd how many of these commercials I remember. This was like late elementary school/early middle school for me.

  • commercials withouth small print. I miss those days. when did all the small print start anyways??? like the warnings of dont try this at home??? commercials in the 90s, 80s were just too cool

  • This was not from the FOX line up! This was from KCAL! At least it was in southern california.

  • ya it was in kcal for me too.

  • when i was a kid i saw the commercial of Hawaiian Punch i told my mom to get it and when i use to drink it i use to punch everybody after a while my mom never bought me some punch agn and i used to own a WWF ring playset it was the collest thing i had alot of WWF toys

  • Dated Either Tuesday November 20 or Tuesday December 11. I remember during the Disney Afternoon that the ending theme for each cartoon would be shortened but on Friday would be played in thier entirety. Plus, I remember the "Gone fishin'" Gag! I remember Thunder Jet fruit snacks! Thanks for the 2nd grade memories!

  • AXL Skatebike?

Wow I've never heard of that!

  • oopsie daisy is stuck in my head HELP.

  • this oopsie daisy commercial is creepier than the one on retrojunk.

  • why does the axl skatebike look like a extreme unicycle?

  • Wow, I never realized how much Lucky's design has changed...

  • I didn't realize how old the operation commercial is, I still see it today lol

  • the yellow thunderjet tastes like crap

  • I never really cared for yellow fruit snacks either...

  • I saw the Rescuers Down Under one and all I could think of was "I'm flap flap flapping my albatross wiiiings" ...>>;

  • I noticed that in the commercial for TaleSpin that it had scenes from the movie version of Plunder and Lightning I never got to see that version of it the only version of P&L that I got to see was (I guess it's called the toon disney version) I used to see some clips of the movie version on youtube but they are no longer there and disney didn't put that version on there dvd set I'm somewhat dissapointed about that.I think TaleSpin is great!Neat video.

  • Neat I used to watch TaleSpin on the disney Afternoon infact I stil have one tape with the disney afternoon but the other videos that I have were recorded after disney removed the disney afternoon. I mostly watch the dvd sets of 'em instead of the video copies that I still have.

  • Tale Spin ruled!

  • man i love TaleSpin

  • Love it, especially the WWF Ring Playset (I had that!). By the way, "Robot Jox" has a ridiculous amount of fowl language for a film geared towards children. It also contains brief nudity. Its sequal is "Robot Wars."

It's funny how as a child, I wanted to skip through all these commercials only to grow up and find them more interesting than the actual programs.

  • These bring back a lot of memories
